DIPLOMA SYSTEM

Master and Doctorates from the Graduate Institute are internationally recognised and comply with the European Standard (Bologna system). They are accredited from the University of Geneva.

Executive Masters and Executive Certificates are internationally recognised as diplomas of executive education. They are not accredited from the University of Geneva. They are delivered by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies through an independant process of validation.

Short programmes and customised programmes of Executive Education do not lead to a degree. A certificate of attendance is delivered by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. Depending on the level of the programme, a transcript of results can also also be delivered resulting in University-level credits (ECTS, European Credits Transfert System).
Moreover, all our executive education curricula respect international standards of quality and are certified by the Swiss Label for Continuing Education, Eduqua.
